Considering the significant shortage of skilled tradespeople where Magna divisions are located, we our goal is to create training plans for each new hire who joins the Magna team. In addition, Magna divisions are developing certified apprenticeship programs. These programs will help put Magna employees on a path toward industry-recognized credentials. By standardizing apprenticeships, we will ensure consistency of training techniques from division to division and assure that the certifications earned by our employees match the needs of advanced manufacturing.
