The Magna Voice site has registration forms allowing users to give us personal information, which is used to send users information about our company grassroots platform, provided they have indicated they would like to receive such material. Users may opt-out of receiving future mailings using the unsubscribe feature in every email sent out or they may email PublicPolicy@Magna.com or MagnaVoice@Magna.com or call 248.631.2697 to be manually removed.
Magna Voice uses any information voluntarily given by users to make sure that their communications are correctly delivered to government officials. Magna Voice will not share this information with third parties or employees of Magna outside of the designated Government Affairs staff. This information may be used, however, to gauge the effectiveness of certain grassroots activities.
